苯醌、萘醌和蒽醌类化合物在水溶液中能被固定化Baker's酵母还原。本文研究了影响固定化Baker's酵母还原活性、醌类化合物还原速度的因素及还原产物的分离和稳定性。

Benzoquinones, naphthoquinones, and anthraquinones have been reduced by immobilized Baker's yeast in water. The effects of various factors on catalytic activity of Immobilized Baker's Yeast, and the reducing rate of quinones were reported. We also studied on the isolation condition and stability of reductive products.
