采用距离比较法(DistanceComparisons,DISCO)识别出在结构上不同的九个光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)电子传递抑制剂分子的药效团模型,并进行了比较分子场(CoMFA)研究。这些研究结果将应用在全新先导化合物的设计中。

A pharmacophore model was established based on the studies of CoMFA with nine different electron transport inhibiting molecules for the photosystem Ⅱ(PSⅡ) using the DISCO(Distance Comparison) method. The research result will be applied in the design novel lead compounds of PSⅡ inhibitors.
