Progress in Addition Reactions of Terminal Alkynes to C=O and C=N Bonds

概述了末端炔烃对碳氧和碳氮双键的加成反应,包括末端炔烃对醛、酮、硝酮、醛亚胺和酮亚胺的加成反应.

The addition reactions of nucleophilic acetylides to C=O and C=Nbonds are important processes in organic synthesis. Some excellent results in these efficient processes for production of useful building blocks propargylic alcohol and propargylic amines were summarized and discussed in this review.
