Synthesis of α-Bromo-β-lactam Derivatives of 1,5-Benzothiazepines under Microwave Irradition

1,5-苯并硫氮杂鉮、溴乙酰氯在三乙胺的存在下,用微波辐射合成了5个新的1,5-苯并硫氮杂鉮-α-溴代-β-内酰胺衍生物,并且还合成了已用常规方法合成出的9个1,5-苯并硫氮杂鉮-β-内酰胺衍生物,对其结构进行了表征.文中研究了微波促进这类反应的最佳反应条件.

Five new α-bromo-β-lactam derivatives of 1,5-benzothiazepines were synthesized by the reaction of 1,5-benzothiazepines with bromoacetyl chloride under microwave irradiation. Nine β-lactam derivatives were also synthesized which had been obtained under routine method. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, MS, and elemental analysis. The optimal conditions of this kind of reaction were studied.
