By the virtue of green chemistry, high efficiency, operational simplicity and mechanism stratagem, the aqueous Barbier-Type reactions have attracted chemists’ attention deeply in these recent twenty years. Numbers of metals were developed to catalyze these environmentally friendly reactions. However, these catalyzers often show different catalytic capability in their pre-requisite conditions, and provide different chem-, regio- and stereo-slectivities. Here, we try to summarize all these excellent results and give a comprehensive introduction.
