NaHSO4•SiO2作催化剂, 1,3-二羰基化合物和伯胺在室温下反应合成了一系列β-烯胺酮(酯), 该法反应条件温和, 产率高, 催化剂能回收再利用.

Silica supported sodium hydrogen sulfate (NaHSO4•SiO2) has been found to be an efficient heterogeneous catalyst for the condensation of 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds with primary amines to give the corresponding β-enamino ketones and esters in good yields at room temperature. The catalyst could be easily recovered from the reaction mixture.
