综述了近年来电喷雾质谱法(ESI-MS)进行有机反应中间体的研究进展, 总结了近年来ESI-MS技术在揭示、阐明和确证反应机理方面的成功应用.

The recent development of electrospray ionization mass spectrum (ESI-MS) studies on intermediates of organic reactions is reviewed. Examples of the successful application of ESI-MS have been summarized including revealing, elucidating and confirming the proposed mechanisms of organic reactions.
