α-溴代羰基化合物脱溴的一种简便方法

本文对二丁基碲的脱溴反应条件,应用范围进行了研究,发现在乙腈、四氢呋喃等溶剂中三乙胺、吡啶等有机碱可以显著地促进二丁基碲对某些单取代的α-溴代羰基化合物,或使其二丁基碲盐迅速地脱溴还原。反应具有条件温和、速度快、产率高等特点,为某些取代的α-溴代羰基化合物提供了一种简便的脱溴方法。

Reductive debromination of a-bromo carbonyl compounds with di-Bu telluride is described. Debromination was greatly enhanced by organic bases such as Et3N, or pyridine and the reaction in acetonitrile might occur even at room temperature Thus, reaction of RCOCH2Br(R = Ph, p-BrC6H4, 2-furyl, 2-thienyl, Me) with Bu2Te in presence of Et3N gave 86-92% RCOMe.
