N-杂环环丙烷甲酰胺类化合物的合成及其生物活性

以环丙烷类化合物甲酸为先导化合物, 合成了9个新的N-杂环环丙烷甲酰酰胺类化合物, 所有新化合物经元素分析、1H NMR确证, 讨论了目标化合物的合成方法.

Cyclopropanecarboxylic acid was used as a leading compound for its biological activity.Nine new N-(heterocyclyl)cyclopropanecarboxamides were prepared and their structures were confirmed by elemental analyses and 1H NMR spectra.
