综述了减肥药物奥利司他的全合成的研究进展. 根据合成策略上的不同, 将全合成研究分三部分进行了概述.

A brief historical survey and recent development in total synthesis of orlistat, which is widely used as anti-obesity drug in clinic, were reviewed. The total synthesis methods were summarized in three parts on the basis of the synthetic strategies.
