本文报道5种新的O-(1,2,2,2-四氯)乙基-O-取代苯基硫逐磷酰肼(1)的合成,1,3,4,2-恶二唑磷杂环戊烷(2)可以通过1在Et~3N作用下分子内脱HCl制备,并对2的环化生成机理进行了讨论。1c和2c具有很强的防治根结线虫(Meloidogyne Spp.)活性。

Five new-O-polyhaloalkyl-O-substituted-phenyl- hydrazinophosphorates were synthesized and characterized by spectral data. In the presence of Et~3N, they are easily transferred into 1,3,4,2-oxadiazaphospholanes. The mechanism of the cylization of 1 to 2 was discussed. 1c and 2c showed a high activity against nematocides.
