发展了一种铑催化碳酸亚乙烯酯与吲哚啉C(7)位C—H甲酰甲基化反应合成芳基乙醛化合物的高效方法. 该反应条件温和, 区域选择性专一, 底物官能团兼容性好, 产物收率较高.

A Rh(III)-catalyzed synthesis of arylacetaldehydes via C—H formylmethylation with vinylene carbonate has been developed. The reaction proceeded smoothly to give C7-functionalized N-(2-pyrimidyl)-indolines in moderate to good yields. This protocol features simple system, excellent regioselectivity, and good functional group compatibility.
