报道了一种基于硫叶立德与硫代羧酸的硫酯化反应, 简便合成β-羰基硫代羧酸酯的方法. 多种β-羰基硫代羧酸酯可在室温、无添加剂条件下以中等至良好收率获得. 该反应可实现克级规模制备, 具有操作简便、条件温和、无金属污染等优势.

A simple and convenient strategy for the synthesis of β-keto thioesters has been developed through the thiocar- bonylation reaction of sulfoxonium ylides with thioic acids. A number of β-keto thioestrs could be efficiently obtained at room temperature with moderate to good yields in the absence of any additives. The reaction could be easily scaled up, which features operational simplicity, mild condition, and good reaction efficiency.
