报道了一种简单、便利的硫叶立德与硫代羧酸的硫酯化反应合成β-羰基硫代羧酸酯的方法. 多种β-羰基硫代羧酸酯能够在室温和无添加剂条件下获得中等至良好收率. 该反应能进行克级规模实验,拥有操作便利、条件温和以及无金属污染的优势.

A simple and convenient strategy for the synthesis of β-keto thioesters has been developed through the thiocarbonylation reaction of sulfoxonium ylides with thioic acids. A number of β-keto thioestrs could be efficiently obtained at room temperature with moderate to good yields in the absence of any additives. The reaction could be easily scaled up, which features operational simplicity, mild condition, and good reaction efficiency.
