Electrochemical Synthesis of β-Keto Sulfonyl Fluorides via Radical Fluorosulfonylation of Vinyl Acetates

报道了一种电化学条件下的β-酮基磺酰氟类化合物的合成方法. 该方法利用氟磺酰氯试剂作为自由基前体, 通过电还原引发氟磺酰基自由基, 促使乙酸乙烯酯发生氟磺酰化. 该策略使用非牺牲电极且无需金属催化, 具有条件温和、底物适用范围广和兼容连续流动电化学等特点. 多种芳基、烷基以及环状β-酮基磺酰氟化合物均可从来源广泛的酮类原料中轻松获得.

β-Keto sulfonyl fluorides were synthesised under electrochemical conditions using vinyl acetate with sulfuryl chlorofluoride. The electroreductive strategy requires neither sacrificial electrodes nor metal catalysts, and thus features mild conditions with wide substrate scope, enabling the synthesis of various β-keto sulfonyl fluorides from simple ketone feedstocks. Moreover, this transformation can be perfomed in continuous flow reactor.
