14个N-取代苯基-N'-[6-(2-取代苯并噻唑)基]脲类化合物的 合成与结构表征

为了寻找新的高活性植物调节品种,以苯并噻唑,2-甲基苯并噻唑和取代苯胺为原料合成了7个N-取代苯基-N'(6-苯并噻唑基)脲和7个N-取代苯基一N'-[6-(2-甲基苯并噻唑)基]脲类新化合物,其产率分别为74.0%、76.0%、85.0%、82.0%、70.0%、73.0%、72.0%、82.0%、88.5%、87.0%、90.5%、91.0%、83.5%和85.0%。14个脲类化合物结构经元素分析、IR和1HNMR表征。各化合物的植物细胞分裂性被初步测定。

Seven N-substituted phenyl-N'-(6-benzothiazoly)-and seven N- substituted phenyl-N'-[6-(2-methyl-benzothiazol)yl] ureas were synthesized in 70.0% ~ 91.0% yields by a series of reaction of benzothiazole and 2-methyl-benzothiazole with substituted phenylamines, respectively, in search of new compounds with plant growth regulation activity. The structures of fourteen compounds were characterizated by elemental analysis、 IR and 1^H NMR. Preliminary cytokinin-activity of the compounds were determined.
