本文报道香料顺-3-己烯-1-醇(叶醇)(1)的新合成路线.1,1-二氯丁烯先后用三摩尔的正丁基锂处理后,中间体1-丁炔无需单离,再与环氧乙烷反应,可得3-己炔-1-醇(4).在Lindiar催化剂存在下催化氢化4便得1.

EtCH:CCl2 was treated with BuLi in Et2O to give 1-butyne via an unsatd. carbene intermediate. Lithiation of 1-butyne followed by treatment with ethylene oxide gave 3-hexyn-1-ol, hydrogenation of which gave the title alcohol, cis-3-hexen-1-ol.
