用介孔材料MCM-41催化吲哚与β-硝基烯发生Friedel-Crafts反应, 成功地合成了天然产物中广泛存在的3-取代吲哚衍生物. 该方法具有反应条件温和、操作简单以及环境友好、经济良好等优点, 其催化剂也可循环再用.

The Frieldel-Crafts reaction of indole with β-nitrostyrenes catalyzed by MCM-41 was studied. Application of this reaction led to produce 3-substituted indole derivatives being wide present in natural products. The method has several advantages of mild reaction, condition handling-up easily, environmental friendly and economic effects. The catalyst can be also recycled.
