综述了Pumiliotoxin和Allopumiliotoxin类生物碱的合成方法,重点介绍了自1996年以来具有代表性的天然产物Pumiliotoxin 251D的氮杂环骨架构筑方法.对部分Pumiliotoxin和Allopumiliotoxin类生物碱的生物活性和该类生物碱的药理作用也作了简单介绍.

Pumiliotoxins and allopumiliotoxins,natural alkaloids separated from Dendrobate poison frogs, such as Dendrobates pumili, have attracted more and more interest of organic chemists. This article summarizes the syntheses of pumiliotoxin and allopumiliotoxin alkaloids,especially the total syntheses of pumiliotoxin 251D, in terms of the core skeleton construction.
