Copper(II) Triflate Chiral Derivatives: Versatile Catalysts for Asymmetric Organic Synthesis1

三氟甲基磺酸铜[Cu(OTf)2]与各种手性磷氮配体络合催化不对称合成已取得了巨大进展.详细评述了近五年来该类手性铜催化剂在各种不对称催化反应中的最新应用.

Copper(II) triflate chiral derivatives chelated with bis(oxazoline)s, phosphoramidites, phosphites, phosphonites or other C2-symmetric chiral ligands have been extensively studied as excellent chiral catalysts in asymmetric synthesis. This review describes in detail the recent advances in the application of these chiral copper(II) catalysts in enantioselective cycloaddition, aldol, conjugate addition, carbonyl-ene and cyclopropanation reactions.
