总结了D-或L-脯氨酸作为光学活性有机分子催化剂催化的涉及C=O, N=N, C=N或N=O键不对称Aldol型反应和α,β-不饱和烯酮及硝基烯烃的不对称共轭加成反应.

Optically active prolines, i.e., L-proline and D-proline, are efficient catalysts for enantioselective Aldol-type reactions of C=O, N=N, C=N or O=N bonds and enantioselective conjugate additions of α,β-unsaturated enones and 1-nitroalkenes to afford optically active organic molecules with polyfunctionality.
