用钐和四氯化钛体系一锅法合成咪唑烷衍生物

One Pot Synthesis of Imidazolidine Derivatives by Sm/TiCl4

在四氢呋喃溶液中,用Sm/TiCl4体系还原亚胺合成了咪唑烷衍生物.发现当没有促进剂1,2-二溴乙烷时,咪唑烷衍生物的产率小于20%,加入1,2-二溴乙烷后,产率大大提高.产物的结构通过IR, 1H NMR和MS光谱确证.根据实验结果提出了一个可能的反应机理.

Certain imines lead to the formation of imidazolidinederivative in THF with Sm/TiCl4 system. It was found that products of reductive coupling could be obtained in below 20% yields without 1,2-dibromoethane, while products of reductive coupling in moderate yields when 1,2-dibromoethane was added.The structures of all products were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and MS spectra. According to the results of the experiment, a possible mechanism was proposed.
