氮气流保护下, DL-缬氨酸与六氯丙酮在氯苯中回流生成卡宾, 后者与苯乙烯作用得到了2-苯基-1-氯-1-三氯乙酰基环丙烷(3). 3的结构由FT-IR, EI-MS和1H NMR表征, 提出了反应的可能机理.

2-Phenyl-1-chloro-1-trichloroacetylcyclopropane (3) was obtained from the reaction of styrene with carbene generated by refluxing the mixture of DL-valine and hexachloroacetone in chlorobenzene under an atmosphere of nitrogen. The structure of 3 was characterized by FT-IR, EI-MS and 1H NMR spectra. The possible reaction mechanism was suggested.
