发展了一种在温和的反应条件下, 利用可见光促进烯基硅化合物与叠氮三甲基硅烷的有氧叠氮化反应合成α-叠氮酮化合物的方法. 该方法可以放大到克级规模制备, 并且一系列自由基源, 如三氟甲基自由基、硫氰基自由基、溴自由基、氯自由基也能够有效地参与反应.

A visible-light-enabled method for the synthesis of α-azidoketones has been developed via oxo-azidation of alkenyl silanes with trimethylsilylazide and molecular oxygen under mild conditions. The reaction could be carried out in gram scale. Various radical sources, including trifluoromethyl radical, thiocyanate radical, bromide radical, chlorine radical could participate effectively instead of azide radical in the reaction.
