硼氢阴离子交换树脂的制备及其对羰基、酰氯化合物的还原

本文对Gibson和Bailey首次应用Cl型季铵型强碱性阴离子交换树脂与NaBH4交换,制备了硼氢阴离子交换树脂还原剂(简称BER)的方法稍作了改进, 可得到还原容量较高的BER, 并扩大了BER的应用范围, 由原来的还原羰基化合物扩大到还原酰氯化合物。

Borohydride anion exchange resins were prepared by treating quaternary ammonium-type anion exchangers (Amberlite IRA 400 and Amberlyst A26) with alkaline solution (unstirred), followed by washing on a column with NaBH4 solution The reduction capacities of the resins were 2.5-14.6 mmol/g. The capacities of the resins immersed in alkali were higher than those of unimmersed resins. Carbonyl compounds and acyl chlorides could be reduced to the corresponding alcs. and aldehydes in satisfactory yields with these resins. The resins could be recycled a few times without drastically decreasing the reduction capacity.
