固相法是一种非常有前途的合成寡糖的方法。本文综述了固相法合成寡糖的进展。论述了固相合成寡糖的原理、所用的聚合物载体、合成过程的检测、偶联和拆解的方法等。

The solid-phase method has bright prospects for oligosaccharide synthesis. The progress in the field is reviewed in this paper. The principle of the method、the polymer supports、the detection means、the coupling and cleavage procedures are also surveyed.
